RESERVATIONS FOR STATE AND FEDERAL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES
The negotiated rate for state and federal government employees is the prevailing federal per diem rate (currently $113/night). The only way to get this rate is to make your reservation using the following link:
NON-GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE RESERVATIONS
Reservations for the Event will be made by individual attendees directly with Hotel reservations at 1-800-937-8461 . Attendees should reference the group “Organization of Agreement States” when making reservations. Attendees will be responsible for paying for thier rooms and incidentals.
The room rate for government employees presenting a valid government ID at check-in will be the prevailing Federal Per Diem Rate.
The rate for attendees without a government ID will be $159/night plus taxes and fees
Guaranteed reservations for arrivals after 6pm that do not arrive are held for one night only and not the entire length of the stay. The guest will be required to pay for the room for that night.
CHECK IN/CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE
Check-in time at the Hotel is 3:00pm. The Hotel will make reasonable efforts to accommodate early arrivals. All guests are required to present a valid credit card upon registration unless prior credit approval has been obtained by the Hotel. Checkout time is 12:00 Noon. Group members staying in the rooms beyond the standard checkout time will be charged an additional room night unless authorization has been obtained from the Hotel.
Reservations by attendees must be received on or before July 20, 2017. At the Cutoff Date, Hotel will will accept reservations based on a space-available basis at the Organization of Agreement States group rate after this date.
Any Agreement State representative traveling under Nuclear Regulatory Commission funding will be required to pay for thier registration fee, room, and expenses. NRC will refund those approved attendees per NRC policy.
